What Types of Information Does Awasis Software collect from us?

Individual Information:
When user register with their email address, we collect individual information like Full Name, Company Name, Contact Numbers, Address, Email Address etc. When buying paid subscription plan, Awasis Software will collect user credit/debit card information and use a third-party intermediary to manage credit/debit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store or use your payment information except for the sole purpose of credit/debit card processing on Awasis Software behalf.

You can send us an email on support@maptek.in if your personal information changes. We will respond to any requests within 30 working days. Awasis Software is not to use your personal information for marketing purposes unless explicitly authorized. On occasion MaptekCRM™ may send out email newsletters, if you wish to opt out of these newsletters, you can always unsubscribe these emails by clicking unsubscribe link given below. How Does MaptekCRM™ Use My Information?

All collected financial information through our website is used only for billing services. This billing information is not used by Awasis Software for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Security & Data Backup:
For many companies, the level of security, disaster recovery and back-up provided by a software-as-a-service provider which they can provide themselves. Awasis Software provides multiple layers of data protection to ensure your business information security. Awasis Software do not keep any copy of customer data backup locally or on server, customer have to take their own backup manually from system (Backup button is given on my profile page).
